Ok so this Kid is like talking about boobs and they just laugh if I were a girl I would be affended wouldn't u?

IT is common for kids to talk about breasts, asses, penises, etc. As you get older, more kids will talk about it. But your question needs some clarification such as were they girls and are you a guy or girl?

My guess is they laughed because they were embarrassed and didn't know how else to handle the situation. You're right, though, they should have been MAD and told on the offending kid. That's harrassment.
