Here are some examples of common Reducing Agents and the colour changes that occur when they are oxidised:

1. Potassium iodide (KI) changes from colourless to brown.

2. Hydrogen sulphide (H2S) forms a yellow substance/precipate.

3. Iron(II) salts Fe2+, they change from pale green to yellow.

4.Concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl) produces a yellow-green gas when it acts as a reducing agent.

I hope this helps......gud luck!

Rohit K, potassium permanganate and dichromate are both oxidizing agents. The color changes are accurate though.
