Is it legal to carry pepper spray in the uk for self defence? If not is there any alternatives?

I can't help with the legal part but yes there are other options. As a woman I have need for certain things like hairspray. Some brands make aerosol in hand held size. You can carry a small perfume or hairspray with you. Or even a small thing of breath spray in your pocket. If an attacker is close enough breath spray in the eye really hurts. Also if your like me you can carry a lighter smoker or not doesn't matter that way after you blind your attacker you can make a pretty fire with him as a log. Plus sides are fresh breath=) and all of these are leagal.

It is not legal. But you can get this purple dye stuff that can identify assailents because it dyes the skin for several days or more. It comes in a pressurised can same as pepper spray.

You can not fart in the UK without a permit... and then only after they run a background check back to the time of King Arther.... The UK is a templet for police state opression.... and if you do fart there is some pervert sitting in a police station waching you on a camera...

25 years of karate training is more effective. Let me give you a few tips.
1/When walking home late at night put your house key through your fingers, someone attacks you you stab their eyes out!!!
2/Bend your fingers in at the knuckles and tuck your thumb in...done it? ok the bone running down your hand on the little finger side is the strongest in your hand, hit someone on the temple with that and they will hit the deck!!!
