(x+1)(x-1) = 2y(y-10)(y+14)
To easily put into y= form, divide both sides by 2(y-10)(y+14)
((x+1)(x-1)/(2(y-10)(y+14))) = y

Rearranging,
2y (y-10)(y+14) = (x+1)(x-1)
2y (y-10)(y+14) = x^2 - 1
2y = (x^2 - 1) / ((y-10)(y+14))
y = (x^2 - 1) / 2((y-10)(y+14))
or
y = (x^2 - 1) / (2y^2 - 48y - 280)

(x+1)(x-1)=2y(y-10)(y+14)
x^2-x+x-1=2y(y^2+14y-10y-140)
x^2-1=2y(y^2+4y-140)
x^2-1=2y^3+8y^2-280y

I think!! That's my best try!!
