i have been looking for a eevee every where... where can i find a eevee on fire red?

Go to http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/game/918915.html and go to the Pokedex FAQ. It will tell you were Eevee is. :o)

In FireRed, Eevee is actually given to you by another trainer. Go to Celadon City and find the mansion--inside you'll find a trainer who will give Eevee to you. Make sure you have the open slot in your party; it will be level 25 when you get it.
