Always keep an emergency kits with you at all times. It should include some kind of wipes or baby wipes, pads or tampons, pantyliners, extra pair of panties and some toilet tissue. You should take a shower or bath every ngiht so you won' t smell from your period and you should always change your tampons or pads when you are suppose to.

my gf says sex in the shower(or anywhere) can actually speed your period up by a day or two because it helps pull out the blood and clots and send them down the drain instead of on a tampon or pad, so not only is it a shorter period, but a cleaner one too.

I take Cesia (a birth control). I only get my period for 3 days and it is very light. I also eat sweets and exercise (two things that are almost opposite but help during your period).

Take Yaz birth control pill. It was just approved on the 5th. It reduces mood swings, headaches, cramps, and you're only on your period 3 days. It makes you feel more loving and caring also! I stay happy!

Eat a little bit of chocolate, or indulge in some sort of small treat. Also make sure I take care of my body so that I don't get bad cramps, bloating, etc.

Tampons are mostly uncomfortablem, So I suggest pads.
You never know when tampons might leak and stain.
