It is likely it is due to oily skin. Make sure you use a toner after you wash your face. Clean and Clear's Morning burst is good. It helps to remove all the excess oil or dirt that the facial wash didn't get rid of. Also find a foundation or concealer made specially for oily skin and that it lasts for at least 6 hours if not more. It is also essential to set in your makeup with a loose powder, including your concealer.

well, it could be a lot of things...like oily skin...but don't loose hope. For cheeks...try a cheek stain...like Benefit or Lorac...put only a little on ...then add more if you want more color. It stains your cheeks (comes off with soap and water) so lasts most of day. For eyes...try a primer...like Benefit F.Y.I or any other primer out there, it helps sets the eye shadow. If you don't wan to do that...could set your make up. You do that by putting on the eyeshadow/blush ...then put baby powder on over it....then use powder brush to lightly remove the powder....then reapply the eyeshadow/blush. Eyeliner...Benefit has a product call Lacquer...that seals your eyeliner. Hope that helps

For eyeshadow- you can you a base that adheres the color.
For foundations- concealers- use a loose powder to seal in color. Use powders- not gel types.
Make sure your keeping your hands off your face- alot of people rub on their eyes alot all day- and never know it.
Do touch ups once in a while- most makeup will need a little touching up- a blot of pressed powder here or there.

Base helps keep everything on and powder helps keep it from rubbing off. The best way to do your makeup is to put on liquid foundation, put on your blush, concealer, and shadow, and then finish it off with a light dusting of powder foundation. Then put on your mascara and liner after that. That is what I learned from a make-up consultant and I never have a problem keeping my makeup on, it stays on all day. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

before you put on make up wash your face with the hottest water that you can stand with believe it or not dish liquid this will open your pores and wash any oil away after you get all the soap off rinse your face in ice water this will close your pores then use a non oily moisturizer then apply your make up whats going on is between the oily skin and enlarged pores the make up is either being sucked up in your pores or its not sticking form the oil i had the same problem good luck

Is your skin oily??
If so then you need to get oil-free based make up.
Also, you get what you pay for , so try a department store instead of walmart. Clinique has great skin care and makeup- really light and clean.
Ask the chicky at the makeup counter what you should use andthe problems fu have

well i could be your moisturizer that you use. chances are if its kind of greasy it may contribute to the reason that your makeup wont stay on your face. but i would go with a waterproof brand of makeup this may help it stay where you want it to. i would also make sure that the eye area isn't greasy before you put on makeup this may also help.
