My friend told my that when you have sex and you are supposed to be getting your peroid it postpones it is this true

No. Totally opposite. It comes sooner because your body's organs are working and hormones too. It may be postpone because of stress. Take care and don't forget to prevent venereal disease or pregnancy.

Nope. I had sex today and ended up getting my period right after. I think it actually helps it come quicker.
