The 80's man! Human League, AHa and there leather bracelets, Duran Duran - wild boys, Frankie says relax! The DX7 rocked and then there was Band Aid & Live Aid. How can the 90's compare to all that? Did I mention the invention of the CD?

That's actually a pretty tough one. I'd probably go for 70's. Prog Rock came on, followed by that dodgy glam era, to be replaced by good ol punk. A twist of futurism thrown in at the end and all mixed up with a bit of disco somewhere in the middle. I nearly said 80's but the hairstyles of the day ruined it.

The 80's, by far.
It produced MTV, when they acutally played music videos, U2's The Joshua Tree, and Bruce Springsteen's Born In The USA.

Well, I would have said the 60's but I've just listened to a show focusing on the early 70's (Joe Costin on Radio Cumbria - and I won the competition!) and I found myself singing along to EVERYTHING!

The 50s.
Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis. Man, those guys have never been topped! Just straight ahead, no b.s. rock and roll.
