Never heard that before. I don't think it's true. It's based on your genes on how you could have your period sooner. Other people say that in order to stop young girls from wearing makeup at an early age. There's no connection between wearing makeup and having your period sooner.

no, that's not true at all. it's based on how mature you are and how far in puberty you are. and at least 100 lbs. if you have arm hair,pubic hair,discharge for at leasta year,and at least 100 lbs.(but you don't always have to have it when u are 100 lbs.) when the discharge gets darker like yellowish/brownish you will be close to it. it won't be much fun so don't look forward to it! people say about the makeup thing that it like shows their maturity but its not true. ok, too detailed sorry. im bored and obviously on my period and im bloaty and need something to do. hope i could be a help! lol

No it can't be true. Getting your period at an early age comes from heredity. Ask your mom, sisters, or grandmother what age they started and that will give you an idea.
