The said nike is an air zoom drive. The one which Tony Parker modeled and which steve nash wore, the one with the strap. thanks

If the store doesn't take it back, you can definetly send it back to Nike and they will send you a gift certificate for the retail amount. The funny thing is that many times, they send you more than what you actually paid for it.
I'm not sure if they use the retail amount when the shoe first came out or what.

It is worth a try by taking them back to the store you bought them. Ask to speak with a manager. Take the receipt, box, etc. if you have it.
