What do I do-he does really nice things for me and is really friendly, but things get pretty awkwardly silent when we're even semi-alone together. How long does it take for a teenage guy to grow up and actually show more than a passing interest in girls?Also, what do I do about all the other girls who are continually throwing themselves at him? I refuse to act like them but I still want him to like me...

It is so easy to flirt with those who do not matter to you, it is the one who you really like that it is hard. He has noticed you, don't worry, guys always like the ones who aren't easy.. Pray about him and if he is for you god will let you know and if he isn't pray God get you on the one who God has for you. Blessings and good luck.

how long does it take a teenage guy? Did you mean girl because from what it looks like, you're not doing anything so how the heck is he supposed to know what he is doing isnt creepy.

hmmmm.. im going through thee exact same problem. Take things bit by bit and be patient. The guy i like is always hugging girls in frount of me and he always looks at me. But be easy, things will work out eventualy. =)
