I'm french and I must enroll myself in a US University. I must provide an autorization to recieve medical attention signed by a notary!
I must go to an attorney or a particular person can sign it for me?

a notary is a licensed person who certifies a document, makes it a legal document. you can go on the yellow pages to look for one.
