That's a compulsive behavior, get a grip on your thought pattern. Think about what your thinking. You're going to sabotage your relationship by your own insecurities.

How can you stop that? By telling you it's normal to see your partner say hi to another woman. Hey, lady.. if all he is doing is saying 'hi' to another woman, you have nothing to worry about. Think of all those other woman who have worse problems - like KNOWING that their man is cheating or getting their behind kicked by their man for no reason. I'm not one of them, but I know plenty of women who are so consider yourself lucky. Also, keep in mind that if your guy is cheating on you for real, he wouldn't be saying 'hi' to his .. mistress..

I don't think that's normal at all. Has he cheated in the past? I think you two need to talk about this and work through it because it's not right to have such negative feelings towards your own man.
