If your talking about the ancient people who lived in what is now Iran to northern India, they probably believed in tribal Gods and naturalistic creationism until the time of Zoroaster.
If your talking Hitler's Aryans, the Nazis believed that only the Aryans got souls and that the universe was created for them by God.
