It's more the Democrats telling only the part of the story that suits their needs and omitting what doesn't.
*Unemployment is down
*The deficit is 23% down from a year ago
*The economy is very strong (that's all we heard about when Clinton was in office)
*Taxes are down
*No foriegn terrorist attacks in the US since 9/11 (Dems want secretly to see another to discredit security improvements)
*More Americans are becoming politically involved. (It's estimated that 60% of voters will voice their opinion this upcoming MIDTERM election)
Sure, the Republicans won't address their weaknesses but you won't hear Democrats address these issues.

I think the general populace has been fed yellow snow from all politicians for a long long time.

I think their snow cones are the same color as every politicians but they are cramming it down our throats a lot harder than most. It's just the fear of the impending elections. 6 years of scandals has sort of put them on edge.
