Not always .....Could be that he is just a sweet guy ....You could take the best approach and ask him if he just likes you or would like to be with you . Finding out the answer first hand would be my suggestion .Never know the real truth , til you ask him .

Not all the time...some guys are just sweet and like talking like that. But if ur interested...start acting the same way back to let him know ur feeln him...if not, dont sweat it. I have 2 guy friends that talk to me like that...of course, we're like bro and sis, but ya, its sweet.
