Say a person lives up to the age of 38 as a man, and due to his past and his beliefs he wants to change his sex. 5 years after his sex change he beats a person to death outside of a bar for slandering him. Where does this (now) Woman go to jail? A male, or female prison?

A woman's prison silly. From what you said he is now living as a woman and has has the sex change.I happen to know a woman who was born a man and had the sexual reassignment operation and went to prison and she went to a woman's prison. Before all the operations were completed, she also ended up in prison and she was sent to a male prison, and that she said that she also liked because she was the only female there.

I knew a guy who had the complete make up of a woman except he/she had bot genetalia. He was sent to a man's prison the first time he went but after he started living his life as woman, he went to a female prison. Odd, huh?

Good point, I would say to female prision, but obviously the society has to re-design the system itself, you know, In the future it will be useless to have baths for men and women, laws for men and women, clothes for men and women, etc.

I would have to say a woman's prision.
What I really object to are those already in prision and wanting us to pay for a sex change procedure.
