Very simple,put live plants in the area as live plants eat the carbon dioxide in the area and give off oxygen in return.

Cool down the room but make sure the room is vented to allow in air from outside the area. As temperature cools, gases contract, which would allow you to effectively get more oxygen in the same area.

Indoors or outdoors? If it's indoors you can buy a machine that generates oxygen. Forget the plants!! At night, plants take in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide!
