i dont know any sites that prove it, but yes it does hurt. doesn't it hurt to get kicked anywhere? there's your answer...

Getting kicked in any part of the body hurts. Knees, butt, head. Yep they all hurt. So, since the crotch is a part of the body, I would say...yes. It hurts.

It hurts to get kicked anywhere on body. But as a woman,
you will not take me down that way. I am a woman, so I do not need proof of something I have seen.

Yes. There's not much skin in the way... It hurts about as bad as getting kicked in the shin.
