After watching the Grudge on opening night, I came home and my room mate had bought a kitten when I was gone. When I walked in, it was sitting on the stairs doing that loud meow that the kid did in the movie. I fell down the stairs in fright!

Many years ago, I was driving from Alexandria, Virginia to Buffalo, NY. Well one night I started watching a movie 'Night of the Living Dead' and decided to finish it before I started the drive. This was before VCRs. Well, as any knows, some of the signs in the movie are on the turnpike and that was the night at 3 AM, I had to get a flat tire. It scared me.
The other thing, I found scary was watching the 'Macon County Line' and then getting lost in Georgia, in of all places Macon County. It was the middle of the night when we got off the interstate to get something to eat then couldn't find out way back. We (2 females, early 20's) pulled off the road to look at the map. All of a sudden, flashing lights in back of us, then a huge person comes up to us, his belt buckle was level with the roof of my car,
he bends over and ask if there was a problem, we said we were lost, he asked where we were going - we answered 'San Antonio, Texas'. He laughed and said 'You are lost!'. He gave us directions and we were back on our way. By sheer coincidence, we ended up at the same restaurant on the trip back, but this time in the afternoon.

Every time my friend watch a scary movie, he doesn't want anyone to be around him for awhile as if the movie was actually going to happen to him.

after watching Salem's Lot with my friends at a sleepover the lights in my friend's house started flickering on and off until they just went off. I screamed when the light went off and clung to my friend who was clinging to me too. Then we started hearing knocks on the windows as if someone wanted to come in. My friend started whispering, "Vampires aren't real." over and over again which got me really scared. Then we heard a loud knock and my friend's sister said she saw red eyes outside which got us so scared that we ran upstairs to my friend's room and stayed in there until the next morning.
