I have searched every lyric site I can find and although knowing "some" of the words..I have no idea who sings it.
Help would be appreciated.

I don't know who sang it originally, but I hear it often when out clubbing.
The DJ didn't know who sang it as it was on a downloaded disc with no artists names.
It's difficult to describe the genre..kinda dance / pop

The only one I can think of is King Crimson, but that would be from about 30 years ago. Album called, In The Court Of The Crimson King.
