My sister is in the musical Oliver for her junior high show, and is playing Nancy. Does anyone know how Nancy is killed?
Is it some drawn out scene?

Nancy sings the reprise of "As Long As He Needs Me" - then she goes off to help Oliver at London Bridge. Bill Sykes is there, waiting for her, Oliver escapes, but Sykes knifes Nancy.
It's fairly long - all done to music - very little dialogue.
Tell her break a leg!

Yep, knifed in the gut (think Mack the Knife from Three Penny Opera or Beggar's Opera) and tossed off the London Bridge.
Tragic, because we all love Nancy.

She saves Oliver from Bill and Bill beats her to death. it's very sad. that's a great part to have! my friend played that part. I hope your sister has fun.
