Here is what you do. Before you watch TV you overview and see what you know. After you watch TV you see what you remember from the overview. Highlight what you don't know and study what you can before you go to bed. DO NOT CRAM! And only slightly review what you already knew. The reviewing after TV to see what you know is good because your mind was not focusing on it therefore you can recall it on your own. The next morning get up a little earlier then usual and review it all. Then review what you feel you are weakest in when you have time during the school day.
GOOD LUCK!

Seriously, get Tivo. Or a flashlight to study in bed. Anyway, speed studying--you have to hustle and stay focused or it won't work:
vocab--take a pre-test, see how you do. Work on what you didn't know. Quickly review what you got right too. Test yourself again. When you are perfect or get only one wrong, you are done--for today. 10-20 mins
Science--Start with the chapter summary. If you have been paying attention in class, it shouldn't be a foreign language. (If it is, you have to read the whole chapter--no way around it.) Read the summary, and mark the things you don't know. You have to go back and find them in the chapter and brush up. Next, study any diagrams in the book. If you feel ready, look at any practice questions you find in the book. If you don't feel ready yet, go back to the read summary step, brush up, and see if you feel ready then. You really only get one shot at the questions, but since you don't have the answers, be honest with yourself--do you know that, or do you need to check in the book. If you need to check, do it. See how you score. Note areas to study tommorrow am. 20-40 mins, if you were in class.
You are going to have to go over everything one more time, either in the morning or during class. Get up 20 mins early if you need to.

study. you need to. if you REALLY care about your grades you will prioritze. of course, if you don't care about how you do in life you won't study. you only get to go through school once and your education WILL affect the kind of college you go through and your SAT scores and THAT will affect the kind of job you get. so go ahead. watch tv. and then you'll be seeing the kinds of jobs your classmates will be getting. have fun!
Of course, you can always turn studying into a GAME. invent a science project or make some fun flashy vocabulary cards and use those. decorate them after you write your words on them and the definition. you can even scramble the letters or play hangman with the words with yoru parents or friends and classmates. there's a wordsearch online somewhere.
Keep in mind that sometimes you just have to buckle down and so stuff you don't like.

LOL what grade are you in? Wel personally I always stuggled with science and vocab came easier to me so I would say for you to study whichever one you think you will do worse on if you can't study for both.
I would deffienently say turn off the tv and focus on school. Perhaps you can review both and stay up a little later than nine so that you can get it all crammed in.
Focus on the main points, main words, and key descriptions you should do fine!

If you want a good grade, you need to study. If you don't study you will pay the consequences with a bad grade for those tests. Go STUDY!

Well, put it this way......do you want to succeed in life or be a couch potato?? I wish so much now I would've studied a whole lot more in school because now that I am older I've realized I could've done a lot more with my life than what I am doing. So, turn off the TV (it's not going to make your life any better or easier) and study, study, study!!!

Study now and dont watch tv
tv is not important at this point. If there is something you just want to watch... go into another room and record it for later.
go to a room with no distractions and study your lil butt off. you have plenty of time. study the easiest first get it over with and then focus on the tough one.
get your priorities right!

Girl. Priorities. Can you not miss one night of the tube in order to get a good grade?? What's more important to you? You're only going to do as well on the test as you studied for it. Make your choice, but be prepared to accept the cosequences. There are no short-cuts.

turn off the tv first. organize what the teacher outlined on your tests. Study words and their meanings. Read through the material again and go over things you do not understand. If you have notes, look over them. Memorize things in you own way. Make up ryhmes to help you or use note cards.

Yeah, my answer would have to be study, record the shows you want to watch and study for this test. If you knew about it before you should have been studying long before the night before the test. Study!!!
