my school is have a pep week and on friday we have to dress as disney characters.
my friend is short has long dark hair and she doesn't know who/ what disney character she can be.
do you have any ideas or know any websites where i can go to see all of the disney characaters (female)

I know Disney better than anyone else... and it sounds like you basically just described Lilo from "Lilo & Stitch." Or she could be Tiger Lily from Peter Pan.

all u have 2 do is go on disney.com not disney channel just disney and look around until u find character gallery and then see what u can find and if that does not work just go on the internet and search for pics of disney characters

i think she should be Boo from Monster's INC...that would be really cute. she can have pigtails and wear pajamas or something and hold a big monster stuffed animal...
