Be more open with your partner about what turns you on. Trying new things to spice up the love life might add a little something new that'll bring ya begging for more. Some people just naturally have lower sex drives. A former co-worker of mine that's in her fourties, bi, and has been in a lot of relationships over the years has noticed that that's been a common thing in relationships that it's hard to find a partner that has the same drive. Maybe being more open about expressing yourself sexually with your partner will help you two be on the same page in that area. Also, don't listen to what jungle j typed. There hasn't been any solid evidence for or against the idea that women often have lower sex drives.

First find out if something is wrong physically. Hormones or lack there of, can be libido killers. Diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, sleep disturbances and depression can effect you that way.
Age definitely has something to do with it, so you might need to eat differently,, sleep and exercise more to maintain a good metabolism.
The fact that you recognize it as your problem and are not blaming it on her is a great sign. You might just be at a point in life where you are needing to slow down. See your doc and see what she says, then go from there.

Being sexually objectified is in hardship-free words offensive because a phase of our society has informed women those who they must be indignant through it. Why won't be able to someone concurrently be considered as a sex merchandise AND as having the skill for self reliant action and determination making? ie, basically cuz I dig ya would not propose i imagine you're stupid. In order for you to become more sexual, you need to become more comfortable with yourself. When I met my husband, I wasn't comfortable with myself, so I held back. But after awhile I began to became more comfortable with myself and I was able to become more sexual. My husband and I also had a conversation about our sexual like and dislikes and we gained better understanding of what it takes to turn each other on.
