If you mean London Town its the Natural History Museum in South Ken or the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. OR the V&A next to the Natural History Mus. They're all free which adds to the appeal.

In Glasgow it is the wonderful Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery, recently reopened after considerable refurbishment. Go there!

Depends which city. Tate in Liverpool's good. City Gallery in Manchester's massive. The Guggenheim is my favourite in New York.
And there's a Hockney exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London if you like that kinda thing (I do!)

In Sevilla, I'd go with the Museo Arqueologico down in Maria Luisa Park. Right next to the Museo de Artes y Costumbres, which isn't bad, either.

My favorite in NY is the Guggenheim. My favorite in London is Tate Gallery. My favorite in Paris is D'Orsay.
