I like soo many, my favorite is probably Havarti, then Gouda, then Extra sharp white cheddar. Provolone on sandwiches. Anything but blue cheese. I hate blue cheese!

There is a sweetish one that is made from goat's milk and comes in a hard yellowish cone. I don't remember the name and haven't see it for years. I think it comes from switzerland. If anyone knows the name I can start looking for it again now that that image is in my mind.

Till I get that I will stick with swiss at room temperature as the best for a sandwich and meunster melted so the butter runs out as the best for topping other food.

Colby Jack, Sharp Cheddar, Provalone, Swiss, Munster. Love them all except Cheese Whiz and Velveeta which I think are toxic waste.
