i know i have asked this before but i think people probably misunderstood me. so, i have this red thin belt. it's like half inch wide. anyways, i want to pair the belt with a black t-shirt. now, i was thinking, should i put the belt like under my chest (smallest part of waist) or lower? i think both look good but i think under my chest (around the smallest part of my waist) looks better though. what do you think?

I think it would look best at the smallest part of your waist and not right under your chest....it will make you look skinnier than you are too!!

lower, right under the chest looks strange, sometimes. i like my belts right above the natural hip.

put it around the smallest part of your body not only does it look good and make you look smaller but it is tottaly in!

i put mine on my hips where my pants start but probally like on or below belly button unless its a dress than higher
