I would guess you are referring to the ethical viewpoint of values. Values are standards of action and thought (behavior) most acceptable to an entity. This entity can be an individual or a group of people.
This is different from ethics, which is the study of morality, and morality, which are the standards of behavior upon which values are selected.

Values.. depends on what values u r talking about. values of life? your family, house, car, kids, money, love, friendships, relatives, ect.. What do u value most in your life? what is important to you? what can u not live without? What do u want to achieve? What goals? those are all values to a person or some people. Value is something u really care about. At least that is how I see it anyways. take care.

there were so many meaning of values. you didnt specify what kind of values you are pertaining to. but anyway, i will give my difinition in different manner. physically and morally, should or could have a good moral value.,material or money, of course every single cents, every material things you bought, you will defintely care and value it.,friends or relationsjip-you could treasure and value the good and lasting relationship.,parents and family, you could value the harmony and precious moments with them, when you are old.,.now my question to you what term of values you would like to emphasize in your question?
