I did once, but I promised myself never to get that way again. I got really pissed off in the store when they charged me $3.99 for a copy of a photo that I thought was supposed to be .19 cents. I was angry because I waited in photo for 15 minutes, they called for a clerk twice, and the clerk disappeared before I got a chance to ask questions about copying a photo from the ones I'd just picked up. I felt bad because I lost my temper and yelled "WHY DON'T YOU HAVE STAFF TO HELP PEOPLE??" and I think I looked like an idiot. So not worth getting upset over and now I go to a different store for the 19cent photos.

I absolutely have this problem. I get it in supermarkets! i have a fear of shopping (I am the only girl who does) but supermarkets are the worst. I usually manage to stay calm in the store but on the drive home I am usually so worked up that I become really scary! I am so glad I do not have super-powers becasue the amount of people that would be dead on the roadside after one of my shopping trips isn't nice to think about. I am actually a very normal, nice person in every other situation but shopping makes me crazy-angry! So far no one has suffered because of my rage thank God!

Does that sound blonde enough for you?..if not I can always try harder!!
Cheers.

I do here and there...sometimes I think I just let my stress level build up and then the slightest thing on top of it will just make me snap....and it's usually over something totally ridiculous that I feel stupid getting angry about after the fact. We are human, we are not perfect :-)

yeah I got so mad one time that I punched a hole through my bedroom wall, I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter at the time, and me and her dad got into it after that, he was the one that ended up with the broken hand though, I still slam doors and stuff and he yells when I do stuff like that though, although we are both having a hard time now so he tries to understand why I am the way I am now.

I used to do that all the time, the slightest thing would cause me to fly off the handle, but I had to learn to control that feeling - it was gonna get me in some serious trouble.

I seldom, if ever get angry. My sister-in-law says, because I'm a procrastinator, I keep putting it off until another day.
Honestly, my answer is a serious one.
