Any of the big DVD Rental Stores have sections just dedicated to anime -- and they have the series.

I'm guessing Blockbusters... I don't know. I don't live in Vegas, but I'm curious as to why you want to rent it when you can DOWNLOAD it using Azureus or some bittorrent client on the web, or more conveniently, watch it on YouTube, animeepisodes.net, or keiichianimeforever.com... come on! Morals and ethics are f*cked up. We all download for free. It's okay...
