You just have to add some excitement to the relationship because it sounds like you are both in a rut. When he gets home from work, be there in pasties and a thong. Throw him off guard. Start getting all dressed up just to go to the grocery store because he'll wonder what's going on with you and he'll start asking questions and maybe, even want to go! He'll start wanting to talk and will be very attentive!

It think that you must be either blind or dumb yourself for simply spending time on the computer and not doing anything to spice up your marriage. There is definitely something wrong with your marriage and you do not seem aware of it. I highly suggest that you talk to him, analize your lifestyles, and pry open the lid of the jar or you will be walking down the divorce aisle soon enough. Marriage is not what you expect it to be. Marriage is what you MAKE it to be. When the sex and the attention have stopped, you have ceased to be the key player in the equation of your household. Again, talk to the man, begin spending quality time with him, watch your weight and appearance (he watches them all the time) since they are your biggest assests or curses. Take a cruise together and leave the kids behind. Marriage is not about the children. Marriage is about the couple. Kids are the fruit of the marriage, but not the backbone of it. Nobody ever stayed married because of a set of children. Take heed and do what is needed.
Mr. M is also a married man (14 years) and he intends to stay married by being understanding, assertive, specific, and loving.
My wife is not only by lover (yes, LOVER) but also my best friend. Live life intentionally and enjoy it.
Mr. M on "dull husband."

Get a dog and train it to do tricks and get your husband to take the dog out for a walk every night to do it's wee wee. You will all be happy then, guaranteed.

No, they don't, and I wouldn't immediately jump to it all being his fault. It's likely both your responsibilities...problems in a relationship are never clear cut and they are NEVER 100% one person's responsibility. Try looking at yourself, at your perspective and outlook...has IT changed? Has your behavior towards him changed? You can talk to him about it too. In fact, you should, otherwise it's never going to get better.

I don't think dumber is the reason, but maybe he is too comfortable in his life with you. Do something to spice it up and maybe he will perk up.
