i have a pic of my brother and sisters i want to add my face to it does anybody know how i can do that

The best way would be through Photoshop but if you don't have that you could be very crafty and use Paint in any version of Windows.

Isolate your face from the pic with you in it...copy...open the other pic...paste. Move it around till it's where you want it. How good it looks when you're done is relative to the skill with which the isolation and pasting is done. Photoshop is your best bet, CorelPaint will work also but is more difficult. If you want a professional quality pic that looks like it was taken that way, you'll need photoshop.

Photoshop is the best product going, and in my opinion the best free product going is GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ . Search the net for tutorials for either. I'd recommend NOT using MS Paint for this one - the results will be crappy and everyone knows it.
