The best way to know for certain is to go and see the gynecologist. We can guess and give you answers, but the GYN will give you best answer. Good for you for being a virgin. He or she can prescribe something to get rid of whatever it may be.

Okay first of all. Let me tell you something. The type of wart that you get on your hands or feet is not linked to genital warts. Meaning, it cannot spread to your genitals and vice versa. Genital warts are caused by certain types of HPV. They populate in areas that are moist and warm (such as the genitals). If you need better clarification on what you may have, visit a doctor. Don't be embarassed about it. I've had it before, I got some cream and it went away. Its really no big deal.

There are many different strains of the virus that causes genital warts and regular warts. You can transfer a regular wart elsewhere. If you are a virgin, that might be what happened. You can't be HPV positive unless you've had sex.

The only way to know is to see your gynecologist. Do that asap because genital warts (the virus that causes them) can lead to cervical cancer.

Go to a Dr. It most likely is just a skin tag.
Definition: A skin tag, also known as an achrochordon, is a benign growth of skin that is connected to the body by a short stalk. Skin tags are found most commonly on the armpits, neck, and groin. People who develop skin tags tend to get more as they grow older. Skin tags can be surgically removed.
