It goes back to the Korean war. China (up until this recent missile test) has always staunchly supprted N. Korea and any actions against them could cause global conflict.
It's noteworthy that while N. Korea has been pursuing nuclear weapons and has a large military, very little has ever been done thare to improve living conditions for the people even slightly. The vast majority of the country is dreadfully poor and lacks even basic sevices such as electricity and water treatment..

So, what you're saying is you ARE in favor of war--just not the war we're fighting. Interesting! I, personally, would like to avoid war.
Further, the democrats supported taking Saddam out. Here are just a few things they said before this war.
"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line."
--President Bill Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998
I've got lots more quotations, too, but I figured this made the point.
Allow me to point out that it was Clinton and Albright who gave him the necessary tools to create the bomb he exploded the other day. So, when would you like to start the attack on North Korea?

I am going to ask that you research the oil fields in Iraq and the shape they are in. By doing so you will be clearly understand the pathetic state of oil fields there. Thus debunking the myth we went to Iraq for oil.

Because there are other countries willing to deal with the N. Korean situation. It has nothing to do with oil. We do not control Iraq's oil.

Then why did gas prices go up?
Plus, I don't think Bush made any money off the deal. But the people of Iraq are.

Sadly true. See I remember that was the case for Nam. But we did not find oil on the Mekong Delta and we pulled out,now they found it of shore, and we are kissing up to get it.

That is a very good question.
Iraq was no threat, and had no WMD's
N. Korea is a major threat, and has WMD's

I don't know. It may have something to do with the fact that Iraq is a muslim country.
You know those people who talk about nothing but murdering you? I guess you might have forgot.
