i have Win XP sp2, how can i install media centre editon on my computer, i have media centre trial but this cd is not bootable, so plz tell,my sys configuration is, 2.66D pentium,945 GNT mb Intel original, 512 DDR2 ram, 160 GB hard disk..

You can't unless you purchase a computer with it pre-installed. If you do find it somewhere however, remember, Windows Media Center Edition will NOT work with just Windows XP - it ONLY works with Windows XP Professional! That 'may' be your problem.. good luck... :-)

you need the full version of media centre edition, if you want to install the trial you would have to use a second hard drive and install it using dos.
