Bell because he is playing a horrid Oakland D
And I would say Deuce because Philly's run d has not looked great and they will use him often with the blitz packages the Eagles throw.
Not parker because the KC D has stepped up and put better RB's with less yardage

Parker doesnt do all that well vrs the greater defenses. With all the injurys that Rothlesburger has had over the off season I'd put 8 guys in the box and dare him to through on me if I was KC.
Which leaves very little room for running lanes.
