don't have them? companies hold way too many meetings. don't have more than one or two a week at the most, one to start the week and one to end it, max. people don't like going to meetings, so no matter what you do they are going to suck if you have too many of them. otherwise, just try to keep it simple, sweet, and to the point, casual, and comfortable, where people feel like they can really talk, and their opinion really matters. of course, coffee and doughnuts. good luck!

Well, a decent morning meeting tip would depend who you're having a meeting with. But generally there are 4 tips:
1. Be on time.
2. Get plenty of sleep the night before the meeting. ( You don't want to look sleepy.)
3. Avoid any bad breath.( make sure you wash your teeth, and wash them well.)
4. Wake up 3 hours before the meeting in order to be able to exercise and have breakfast.)
According to me these are the best ways to have a good morning meeting.

One thing that always bugged me about meetings was that it always seemed to go off on other tangents.

Be prepared to tell people that the current topic is out of the scope of the meeting and direct them back to where they should be.

Also, don't let the same people monopolize the meeting. Remember still water runs deep, ask the quiet people if they have any ideas.

If the meeting goes much over an our be sure to call for a 10 minute bio break.
