Because this is Yahoo US (server), most of you are Americans, therefore more questions about US dining are posted here!

You can find Malaysia and Singapore in the list, but not for Japan nor China! Why would Japanese or Chinese ask questions about dining in their countries here in US server?

There are lots of good restaurants in Beijing / Shanghai / Hong Kong / Tokyo / Osaka, but not many of you (Westerners) care to know unless you are planning a trip to Asia (then you would post your questions in Travel catagory).

Here is a good web-site about Japanese food & restaurants guide for Tokyo & Kansai (Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto.. area)

Here is a restaurants guide web-site for Hong Kong

You are welcome to visit Asia!

People in the US aren't as willing to buy high-quality food and cook at home, as they are in other countries. Here, you have hamburger patties cooked in cream-of-mushroom soup at home, then you go out to eat filet mignon at a fancy restaurant. There, you eat the same at home and away. We have so many choices that we eat cheap if we eat at home, then spend TOO much in a restaurant.
