He is going a bit crazy, seeing all these weird things and hallucinations and illusions. His greatest illusion is of this strange young woman with lightning superpowers that follows him around and annoys him. Little does he know that his illusions and hallucinations...are REAL!!!

her name is Meredith McKenzie.
her power is every time she goes to sleep she wakes up with a different power. but little do we know she is not a mutant or gained her power from a freak accident. she is a half human/ half demon. and she inhabits both dimension at the same time. her human half can only utilize one of her powers at a time but she is not aware of her true nature. and the demon side knowns and is tying to break through but she can't exist because she is not powerful enough. so basically when Meridith sleeps her other self is awake in the other dimension and vice verse.

Enemies-foreign lifeforms

Okay, the hero is a teleporter. This is his sole power, so he has to use it for everything. not just transportation. To attack someone, he teleports things into their bodies. To defend himself, he teleports projectiles away from himself!

(To avoid having to have super fast reflexes to defend against bullets, etc., say that he can teleport in two modes. Not only can he make things and people vanish from one place and appear in another place, he can also cause space warps to appear. To protect himself from bullets, energy blasts, etc; he just causes a space warp to appear in front of him, and it lasts for a little while,. Attacks aimed at him go through and wind up somewhere else instead of hitting him.. like the back of the guy that fired at him!)

To attack someone, he can just teleport them up in the air-- they fall down, go boom!

He has the equivalent of telescopic vision and super long range hearing-- he just opens a pair of space warps between himself and what he's trying to sense, then it is as if he is seeing it or listening to it from close up.

He can operate underwater because he maintains a pair of space warps linked between his face and somewhere safe on Earth so that he can breath air.

He can drown someone by teleporting them into the depths of the sea, or cause someone to explosively decompress by teleporting them into deep space.

How does "Elsewhere" sound, for a name...?

ok. mine will be a mixture. it will be a male who is a doggy half demon, which meaning having dog ears and white hair. he is also half human. he'll be a death god with a soul slayer to kill other demons. the soul slayer (a sword) can transform and have power in them. he will wear this traitional japanese black clothes (like a kimino) and of course be a legend.
