I'm not familiar with property law and the details of the situation... even though it does sound like he should have disclosed the sale to congress at the very least...

I'm still a little fuzy exactly where the illegal action is...

this actually reminds me of the Frist investigation a year or so ago... if you remember that... sounds like it boils down to "he violated some minor rules, but he's a senator and it will probably disappear" like Frist's did... maybe there is more to it, I'm sure we'll hear about it...

OK - so you are a CON searching for a way to get the scum Republicans out of the limelight for the Foley debacle. Give it up - Hasturd (no misspelling) covered it up. That is the same as doing it himself. You should be more concerned about that.

As far as any misdeeds by Reid. Of course it matters. If he broke the law, then it should be dealt with. Of course, Bush and Cheney should be impeached for high crimes as well.
