I've played many first person shooter games but either the graphics suck or the gameplay does.

Hello 'poopymonster',
I don't know about the top ten, but I can tell you my favorite FPS and figher game for the PS2. Black is a great FPS for the PS2 and the graphics are really good as well. Tekken 5 is a great fighter game and once again the graphics are really good. The gameplay in both of these games are just as great as well. Those would be my choice for your question. Battlefield 2: Modern combat - great fps for ps2
Killzone - also great
medal of honor is good but gets a little repetitive.
