The main difference for now is in tactics..in Europe we have very tactical football..and in Latin America's games you can see it's more based on individual.. and it's more offensive football..of course you have also tactics there but it's not so in first plan..
But you can say truly that this is past..on World cup we saw how many Latin and African teams played really well, tactically and with very strong individuals..football is evoluting..so you can everywhere find players who can play every position in the game..it's future of football..defence can play offence and offence can play defence..

Euro soccer is better.
Latin soccer is dominated by flops, hard and usually stupid fouls, poor ball control and terrible passes/shots. Latin soccer is stupid, the only exceptions are Argentina and Brazil they play European soccer.
Just look, France, Portugal, Germany, and Italy in the final 4 in the world cup. Something in common? They are all European teams!
European soccer is far better than Latin, Asian, African, Australian, and North American soccer period.

European soccer is a harder, more attacking game, south american is about flow, skills and scoring sexy goals.
I always enjoy a good south american- european football clash.
The two styles always find weakness in each team.

Accents are different European Spanish uses "ceceo" Some vocabulary is different Grammar rules are the same. It is rather as British, and American English, American English is widely understood, mainly because the accent is not heavy. Also, please remember that even within the U.S. accents vary by geographical areas.
