What is the difference in which option you choose at the beginning of the movie. You can choose take a stand or join the brotherhood. We watched both and didn't notice a difference. Is their one?

There's no difference. Which option you choose just dictates how the DVD menu looks.

If you choose to join the brotherhood, you get an orange DVD menu with clips of the bad guys in the background (Magneto et al).

If you choose to take a stand, you get a white DVD menu with clips of the X-Men in the background (Wolverine, Storm et al).

That's it. Kinda disappointing, don't yer think?

No, the only the difference would be the play menu, I think it's just somethign they throw in there to get you more into the movie.
