I asked another question "Why can't you dream during the day" and people confused it with day dreaming and didn't read the details or I didn't explain myself enough.

What i'm trying to figure out is why we can't visualize images while consiouss. I know people can day dream and imagine things in their mind.

My question is why couldn't someone literally SEE things like dreams or those images that are in your head -while you're awake. LIke, if you're able to visualize something inside your mind's eye - why can't you visualize that or project that? It would be like being able to take these words and then move them around the screen with your mind. Not actually doing it but forcing yourself to see it. Like controlling a hallucination..

Do you think it's possible with enough practice? What prevents this? Is there anyone who can?

Possible yes and you will need concentration and quiet . you will need to think only of visualizing ..controlling .. practice makes perfect in some cases ..
hallucinations are in the mind and brain , the brain controls the mind ..

I imagine it is possible but it would take lots of practice. You have to be able to seperate your mind from reality. Then you would still have to concentrate and not be involving your mind in any bodily activity. Or try some alternative experiementation to get your mind in perspective.
