The only three countries that have not officially accepted the metric system are America, Liberia, and Burma (also called Myanmar). Some consider the U.K. a holdout too, because although their government officially uses it, their citizens often do not.

Only the US.

I myself have never heard of another country not using the metric system but us.

I would assume two of them are the United States and the United Kingdom. The other would probably be Ireland. (You can't lift a pint in a country that doesn't know what a pint is!!)
