i currently hav a 2 year verizon wireless contract and i was wondering if there was ne way that i could get around having 2 pay their $175 early termination fee?

All right, this is a super secret way but I have seen it work. I had an employee who wanted to get out of his contract because our company was offering a cheaper cell phone plan. He went on the internet and found an area that is not a service area of his cell phone provider. He then found a copy of a lease agreement for an apartment complex in this area and he printed it out, filled it out and sent it over to his cell phone company because that was what they wanted as proof that he was living there. He faxed it and they cut him loose from his contract. Call your cell phone company and see what they require. I'm not condoning this but it did work in this scenario.

Good luck w/ that...VZW likes their $$...Always sign up for a 1 yr contract so you only have to suffer for 12 months instead of 24
