You poor dear! It is so hard when a husband wants sex, but no responsibility in working with you to regulate when you get pregnant or not. Please ask your doctor for help. Pregnacy is possible, but not likely. All of the hormones your taking can really cause problems of depression, pregnant-like feelings, weight gain, irritability, cravings, breast tenderness etc. If you are pregnant be happy. Children are tough to bring up but they become your best friends when they grow up and might help take care of you in return if you love them and nurture them. Your neck being swollen etc. isn't usually a symptom of pregnancy, but could be a virus or something else and should be discussed with a doctor. When you take hormones, you may miss periods and the closer you get to menopause you miss them also. If you do want a child, don't wait too long or you might be out of luck. Fast heart pulse can also be from your hormones, blood pressure, diabetes or just stress. Anxiety causes a feeling like a heart attack sometimes. I wish you good luck and prayers.

It is posible even if you were continuing with birth control pill. I guess I don't really get your question. the whole pulse thing I have no Idea. If you have been tired, Urinating more often, and possibly aching lower back and breasts. Then you may want to take another test.
What does your husband being sick have to do with this? I'm Confused.

Yes.
This all sounds too complicated. Ovulation is all that counts,
not when your start--length has nothing to do with anything.
Suggest you talk to your physician.
