Ahman was worthless for me so I just dropped from about 1 minute ago since I just typed this question. So who do I pick up for a good #3 RB? Theres Michael Turner, Jerious Norwood, Cedric Benson, Noah Herron. Just please give me some suggestions?

Ron Dayne, he is the starter in Houston.
Norwood is a good #4 RB, that jumps to #2 if W Dunn ever gets hurt.
But I'd take R Dayne, Norwood, Tuner in that order if those are the only RB's left. I'd rather have a starter over a guy that shares carries.
Keep Green over the others. As he is only missing games because of a pulled hammy. He will be back.

Of those 3, I'd go with Cedric Benson for the long run. I like Turner this week against a terrible 49ers D. Personally, I'd take Turner this week, drop after that for Benson.

Wow thats bad..... I would hold onto Ahman and hope he gets better. (should be back in a couple of games) If you need someone right now pick up Herron he is the back up followed by Benson cause when Chi town beats up in big teams they take out Jones and allow benson some time to run

turner is getting some touches in san diego, norwood is stealing some td's from dunn, benson is playing backup jones and getting some touches, herron is starting for green bay. i'd pick up norwood he has more td's than dunn.

Norwood gets a lot of touches and fantasy points. But see if you can get your hands on Leon Washington of the Jets. He's about to take over the starting job from Barlow.

michael turner, they're using him a lot to keep LT healthy for the play offs (he had bruised/broken ribs last year), cedric benson should be a starter, but he's not playing good at all!
